KOPĖČIOS
"KOPĖČIOS" ("The ladder"), in a sense,
is the staircase to the unknown. The ladder represents an archetypal axis
between the heaven an the earth , though or along wich one can travel up and
down, because 'the way up and down is the same', according to Heraclitus.
For this reason, the ladder is a sign of hope wich shows the inner dynamism
of psyche and compels ys constantly to remove the mask thus revealing the
hidden amd dumb meaning of life.
The group "KOPĖČIOS" - Darius Joneika, Saulius Rudzikas,
Vidmantas Vėlyvis - was established in 1996 in Druskininkai. THe members of
the group are the two professionals artists who graduated from Vilnius Art
Academy. They create combined artistic projects from the realization of wich
they invite artists from Lithuania an abroad.

We are a group of artists "KOPĖČIOS".
With the help of our activities we are developing creative and artistic activities
in Lithuania and abroad. We organize exibithions, arrange international pleinairs
and carry out variuos artists. We are looking for supporters for our ideas
and projects.

We give consultations concerning the questions of interior
design and use of works of art.
We paint portraits and paintings orderd by enterprise, offices
and private persons.
